This Return & Refund Policy is entered into by and between For The Wild Women - Natasha Celeste Thirlwell-Hutchings (hereinafter “we,” “our,” “us”) and you.

As a user of our Website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, and your use of our website constitutes your voluntary acceptance to be bound by this policy, whether you have read it or have had the opportunity to read it and have chosen not to. 

At For The Wild Women, we take great care to provide high-quality creative services and handmade or custom goods. Because much of what we offer is made-to-order or bound by client contracts, certain items and services are not eligible for return or refund. Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.

1. Graphic Design Services

Web & Brand Design In a Week

This service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is bound to a client agreement contract that outlines the full scope of work and project timeline before work begins. Once both parties sign and confirm the agreement, refunds or cancellations are not permitted. Please read our Booking Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy here.

Brand Design In a Day

This service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Like all of our contracted design services, it begins only after both parties agree to the project scope and deliverables in writing. As work begins immediately and time slots are reserved specifically for each client, refunds and changes cannot be offered once the agreement is in effect. 2. Tattoo Services & Goods

Fine Line Tattoo

This is a non-refundable and non-exchangeable service. Due to the permanent nature of tattoos, payments are final once an appointment is booked and confirmed. Please read our Booking Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy here.

Fine Line Temporary Tattoos & Stickers

These physical goods are produced and fulfilled through Printful & Printify and therefore follow Printful's and Printify’s Return & Refund Policies, respectively.


Both Printful and Printify do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong sizes, colours, or changed minds), as each product is custom-made.

However, Printful and Printify offer a free reprint or refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors reported within 30 days of delivery, provided that photo evidence is submitted. Please read Printful's Return & Refund Policy here and Printify’s Return & Refund Policy here.

If you discover a defect or manufacturing issue with your Printful-produced of Printify-produced product, please contact us immediately at: celeste.forthewildwomen@gmail.com

3. Abstract Paintings & Fine Art Prints

Abstract Paintings

Each painting is one-of-a-kind, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., size, colour, or preference issues).


All paintings are fully insured during shipping. If a painting arrives damaged due to mishandling in transit, you are eligible for a full reimbursement. To qualify, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the damage. Please read our Painting Shipping & Delivery Policy here.
